Exchanges, Returns or Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return your items for a refund, minus shipping costs, within 14 days accompanied with your receipt for a refund or exchange. You may call or text us ( 307-534-5176) or email at firstname.lastname@example.org).
For breakable materials that may have been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials! The U.S Postal Service and UPS require proof of packaging before honoring insurance claims. If needed, you may want to keep dated photos as well, for extra proof.
Personalized items cannot be returned. If damaged in transit, proof of damage must be supplied for a refund or replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We ship, depending on the size of the order, or the customers wishes, by Postal Priority or UPS in that order. In most cases, with Priority mail, we use delivery confirmation and a tracking number. UPS automatically uses tracking numbers. With breakable materials, we also add insurance against loss or damage if the customer wishes for insurance.
If you prefer another method of shipping, please let us know. Overnight shipping or Next day air by USPS and by USPS as well as FED EX is available. Call us and we will secure the best possible rates for you.
Overseas shipping goes by First Class Mail. No tracking is available once the package leaves U.S shores. However, a customs number will provided to you for your information.
If you are returning an item that was purchased through a credit card and not paypal, we will need to have your credit card on file in case the item is lost in the mail. Your card will not be charged unless we do not receive your return. All purchases are refunded minus shipping costs.
We try to ship within 24 -48 hours if everything is in stock. If an order is placed on Friday, it will ship out on the following Monday.
