    FAQ

    Why is this better for me than coffee?
    Surprisingly, there are a lot of factors, and more and more research that shows that caffeine can (and has!) affected people adversely. Especially if you are pregnant or over 40 (like me...!) This is not to say that you might be one of the caffeine sensitive ones, but if you are, research does show that it has crossed the placental barrier, for example, and affected the baby during critical stages of development. It most definitely affects the mother's milk during nursing as well.
    Caffeine has also shown to  affect people adversely in stressful times and if you are over the age of 40, your tolerance for caffeine has likely changed. As we age, we produce more cortisol (elevated levels of this hormone help to speed up aging symptoms like wrinkling) and less DHEA. To combat this, it's a good idea to reduce the amount of coffee, drink more water etc. But you've heard this before, right? So...just pick the Teecino you want for your breakfast coffee...we'll make sure to get you regular shipments!
    Does it actually taste like coffee?
    Gosh, yes...actually better in my opinion. I think it has the best, richest flavor. I was hooked from the time I tried it. But don't take my word for it. If you're not sure, just try a sample pack. You get to try some of each flavor.
    What other shipping options do you offer?
    We tried shipping  first class and we can still do this for you. But we found you will not be saving much more than about 50 cents. However, if you would prefer that, we will be happy to ship first class. Just let us know. You will also save more money if you order more than one package a time. If you have any questions at any time, please don't hesitate to contact us.
    Is this organically grown coffee?
    These coffees are approximately 75% organic which is a significantly higher rate than most coffees, decaffeinated or otherwise, giving your system a natural boost that other coffee won't or can't give it. Many other coffees have pesticides in them or, during the normal method of processing and packaging, incur additional chemical compounds that further complicate things for us when we ingest foods and drink that are not healthy for us;. Teecino gives us the additional benefit of being 75% organically grown.
