What’s your return policy?

Please return your item within 30 days with the receipt or packing slip to ensure that your item will be credited to the correct address. Please note that we can't refund items that are lost in the mail, so if needed, you might want to consider insurance and traacking.
Don't have a slip? Please email us with your information and date purchased.
Prefer an exchange? Let us know what exchange needs to be made (dark bootjack for a light one, blue bonnet for a yellow one etc)

 


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. But note that shipping outside the U.S requires higher shipping costs. Please email us for a quote. Additinoally, it is always safest to insure your package.

Of course! If you are in the U.S, we will return your calls.
