We've been given a few photos over the years but only recently
have we gotten a few nice ones this past year (2009) of the Halloween
costumes of the Sunmaid Raisin Girl. The Customers that have had so much fun
being the the Sunmaid Raisin girl and wearing the red sunmaid raisin girl
bonnet have been kind enough to share their photos with us and allow us to
post these photos online along with their letters and/or comments. We want
to thank them for their kindness in doing so as well as choosing us to buy
their bonnets from! We just love hearing from you! We cannot tell you what
it means to us! Keep the comments coming! And thanks again :)

Dear Rawhide
Friends,
I wanted to
write you a thank you note as I have never been more pleased with an
online purchase. I received my Red Sunmaid Bonnet just 2 days after I
ordered it online and it was everything I hoped it would be and more!
When I arrived at my apartment, well past my bedtime, I opened the
package and couldn’t help but giddily wear my sunbonnet for an hour
more! I love it so much! And truly, it made me the belle of the ball
as I used it for my
Halloween costume. I think you’ll enjoy the picture I attached
as you’ll see me waiting on the subway platform i n my home city of
New York ! (Quite a far cry from
Wyoming !)
Everywhere I went on
Halloween, I was greeted with huge smiles and spontaneous
exclamations of “The Sunmaid Raisin Girl!” I couldn’t have done it
without your amazing bonnet. Thanks so much again for your great
service and for the amazing bonnet. I will treasure it always!

Kristen tells us that her 4 year old nephew
is the one that had the revelation that she looked like the girl on the
raisin box. It was his inspiration….and then she googled “sunmaid raisin
girl bonnet” and couldn’t believe she found our site. The rest is history!

New York, tells us she was a hit with her bonnet and costume and truly
made a statement. She tries to be something different and unusual each
year and this year her costume of choice was the sunmaid raisin girl

from the U.K., sends us this great photo of herself and her husband
enjoying a wonderful celebration in Europe sporting her SunMaid Raisin
Red Bonnet. She says while the trip was a bit pricey, it was well
worth the time, the effort and the fun! Way to go Margaret :) We hope
you enjoy the bonnet for many, many years to come. And may we say you
look lovely in that shade of red?
